the staff were helpful . my room had good air conditioning and comfortable beds. the hotel's location near markets proved very convenient for shopping. i used the readily available taxi service for local transport.

the breakfast selection could use some variety.

pleasant rooms and good service

spacious room food choice friendly staff

the executive room was spacious. the restaurant had a lot of food choices for breakfast, so it was very nice. staff like simon and thisara were helpful. porters were also friendly. i would stay in this hotel again.

repair work in the bathrooms was shoddy. mounts for soap dispenser bottles were broken.

i stayed in the executive room. the room was very spacious. the room was also nice and clean, so it met all the basic needs for accommodation .

the hotel is in a great location. shops and restaurants are near the hotel, so it's easy to access local amenities. getting to sightseeing places required a taxi. the taxi ride took about twenty minutes.

inconsistent stay at a mediocre hotel

inconsistent housekeeping deteriorated service

the hotel's arabian style was something i guess.

The housekeeping seemed inconsistent . On one day, only basic cleaning was done. the bathroom wasn't cleaned well (dirty cups!), and they didn't replace teabags or even the water bottles. the service culture felt deteriorated (maybe i am too picky).

the location was acceptable. it was near the metro station.

I encountered issues with the room's air conditioning. it seemed stuck on a low temperature. also, the bathroom was worn. The bathtub looked like it needed replacing.
